Its been a hell of a week here.
Deep laceration on cornea, homework still needed to be done, 1 urgent care visit, 2 emergency eye doctor visits, auto immune flairs, and after that I decided to buy myself some flowers. I can finally see and read again! And how can horses not make you feel better?

This week has presented numerous challenges, particularly with my recent eye injury and autoimmune flare-ups. Eye injuries like corneal lacerations can be painful and often require multiple doctor visits, as I experienced firsthand. In times of distress, self-care becomes vital, especially when seeking comfort from nature's healing sources. Horses indeed possess a remarkable ability to bring joy and serenity, bridging the gap between human emotions and animal companionship. Engaging with animals has therapeutic effects, promoting recovery and emotional health, allowing individuals to navigate through tough times with a renewed sense of hope. I encourage everyone to embrace vulnerability and seek solace in the small joys, such as a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which can uplift the spirit immensely. Remember to celebrate the high points in your week, no matter how small they may seem. What have been your coping strategies during difficult times? Let's share our experiences and learn from one another.
