Alongside this, using an antibacterial mouthwash can reduce oral bacteria and freshen breath, complementing brushing and flossing effectively. Another habit that supports long-term oral wellness is paying attention to diet. Reducing sugar intake and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables help maintain healthy teeth and gums. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day also aids in washing away food debris and neutralizing acids. If you're consistent with these simple steps — brushing, flossing, mouthwash, healthy diet, and hydration — you'll likely notice not only a brighter smile but an overall improvement in oral comfort and health.
