GRINDER TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD 🍝🥪

2 family size packages cheese tortellini (2 20oz packages)

1 cup light mayo

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1tbs Italian seasoning

2.5oz can sliced black olives olives

1 cup diced pepperoncinis

1 cup halved cherry tomatos

1 cup red onion thinly sliced

1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

5oz package turkey pepperoni chopped

3 cups rotisserie chicken chopped

Boil tortellini as directed on package and cool.

Whisk oil, vinegar, mayo, and Italian seasoning in a bowl until combined.

Add tortellini, chopped veggies, chopped meats, and dressing to a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
