Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Peppermint Sugar Cookie Cups ❤️🎄✨🍫🎅🏻

Ingredients:

🎅🏻peppermint sugar cookie dough (refrigerated)

🎅🏻non-stick spray

🎅🏻12oz softened whipped cream cheese

🎅🏻1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

🎅🏻1/4 cup sugar

🎅🏻1 10oz bag Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers

🎅🏻peppermint crunch baking chips (for topping)

🎅🏻mini candy canes (for topping)

Recipe:

Place prepared peppermint sugar cookie dough into a greased muffin tin. Flatten into the tin with the back of an ice cream scoop. Bake the cookies as directed. Halfway through baking, take the tin out of the oven and form into cups using the back of a mini ice cream scoop or measuring spoon. Place back in the oven to continue baking. Do not overcook- you want them to be soft. Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fill the cups with the mixture and chill for 1 additional hour. Top with peppermint crunch baking chips & drizzled dark chocolate.
