HBCU edition
i love to cook and most of the time i have groceries for the meals i plan but this day i forgot to get chicken taco seasoning :/ a lot of what i didn’t show was me giving a couple of rides, taking my friends instagram pictures, hanging with my bf after dinner, and waiting in the chickfila line for 40 minutes :’(
going to an hbcu is so silly and fun, the stereotypes are that all hbcus are party schools, wild, have low academic standards, and more. in reality, hbcus are just like any other university: there’s parties, academic competitions, clubs, student organizations, athletics, etc. as you can see i didn’t wake up at noon, take 3 shots of don julio, skip class, and party at some kickback all night. this is the reality of most hbcu students. we have class, we gotta eat, we gotta study, and still be social and hang with friends. hopefully the stereotype is dissipated soon. <3
