in nursing school you’re only really prepared for NCLEX. a lot of on the job experience comes from clinical and then after once you get to your first job.
👍Pros: hiring managers KNOW you just graduated, they aren’t expecting years of experience in your answers. being transparent in your responses, this goes back to them understanding you don’t know everything.
🤔Cons: it is so nerve wracking!
