my pay as a new grad 👩🏼⚕️ is different depending on unit, location, and experience.
i’ve learned that some places pay higher even if you’ve ever worked in healthcare. 🤓
i also get paid SALARY. my hospital pays for my benefits (health insurance, included!)
so while my check may seem big, this is for the entire month of july. but also, any shift differential or OT is paid into a biweekly check.
