what do i do now?
August 1st my first love, soul mate, best friend, and my everything tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident. It still doesn’t feel real to me and i just want to wake up from this bad dream. I’m hurting so much this pain is unbearable and overwhelming. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with our first child and was so excited and happy to be sharing this beautiful experience with him, and he was excited as well. My world feels like it’s falling apart and i don’t know what to do anymore. I want to give up so bad, but i won’t for our baby and him. I’ve lost so many loved ones in the past and this is just one i feel like i’ll never ever recover from. we dated for a year in 2020-21 and took a 2 year break and got back together stronger than ever. that was only 8 months ago and i feel like i didn’t get enough time with my baby. He was only 22 years old and had so much to live for. WE had so much to live for and look forward to and now i feel like it’s all ruined. I do thank God everyday for blessing me with his baby and he left with a piece of him inside me, and that i got the time to know and love him the way that i did. I also thank God for showing me a love i will never forget because i know he truly loved me and i truly love him. This is going to be a long and difficult journey and i don’t know what i’m going to do without him here. I know him and my dad and everyone else will be watching over me and our baby forever. I will see you again my love this isn’t a forever goodbye. Rest in eternal peace my beautiful boy. Forever and always ❤️❤️❤️
Dealing with grief can feel insurmountable, especially during significant life changes like pregnancy. It is crucial to acknowledge and process these emotions, as they can impact both mental and emotional well-being. Engaging in support groups or therapy can provide a safe space for expressing feelings and receiving guidance. Practices like journaling or creative expression can also serve as outlets for pain and sorrow. Moreover, honoring the memory of lost loved ones can bring comfort. Creating a memory book, participating in memorial events, or simply keeping their spirit alive in daily conversations are ways to keep their legacy. Finding strength in the love shared and focusing on the future can serve as guiding lights through dark times. Remember, seeking help is a show of strength, and it’s okay to not be okay during such challenging moments.

My best friends boyfriend died in a truck accident. I know she was heart broken. He wasn’t really a good guy to her but it seems like yours was. I’m so sorry for your loss, and I will never forget the pain in my friends voice when she called me that night. Take as much care of yourself as possible… ❤️
