Summer vision board
Hey y’all this just my first post to give this a try (so no h8 pls n thx 🫶🏻). I’ve been seeing lots of positivity on 🍋 & been wanting to share my health/fitness journey bc I think it would help more sharing with others and talk amongst people whom are in the same boat as me or what not . Here is a lil take into my summer vision board✨
* Learning new recipes : I honestly LOVE cooking and experimenting with food. It’s very therapeutic to me. I’m also vegetarian over ten years or more, so it’s very important to me figuring out new meals that I can eat. I also just love cooking for others and having them see what they think of whatever I created 🤭🤣😭( bad or good, that’s the fun part it’s all about being creative!) in that photo I shared it might look funky but it’s a quinoa bowl with sweet potatoes and whole bunch of other yummy add ins ! I want to eat better overall and have my body get the right foods and nutrients and not destroy it.
* Self-care: Meaning anything and everything that is caring for my overall health. So I’ve been eating healthier, exercising more, drinking lots of water, trying sleep more reasonable times, etc. I have some bad habits I wouldn’t like to admit but it involves me not taking care of myself and I’ve been trying to be on top of it and really improve and change myself for the better . I know these changes will make me a happier person.
*Love myself: I struggle so much with actually feeling comfortable in my own skin, hence me really trying change these bad habits I have and improve my self care overall. I’ve never felt so low in my life lately. It’s just sometimes I’m good with self and then there’s times like how I feel now and I despise my self completely. And I really would just want to accept myself and love myself and not tear myself down so much .
* Explore more: I love nature and I love exploring new places it’s always been so relaxing and fulfilling to me. I definitely would like to keep at it. I wanna get out and do more keep myself busy and do the things that make me happy instead of not doing them bc I feel uncomfortable in my own skin .
