What I asked for was simple, cut off the dead ends and cut my bang BELOW my brows. Instead, my ends of my hair is so uneven it’s hard to look at, my bangs are uneven and look like a bowl cut and my layers are so messed up it just looks choppy. I’m frustrated because I’ve been to her before and I had no complaints, the bangs were perfect and my ends never looked better. This time, she didn’t even bother to part my hair and just cut it in a rush. I have long, thick hair and it was done in under 20 minutes which has NEVER happened before.
