Do you have a favorite fast food? Last year, I was a popeyes addict, seriously. Three times a week, I’d go to popeyes or have it delivered. I’d always get a 3 piece combo meal and an extra mac and cheese on top of the one that it already comes with, as well as a regular soda. It was a problem and I decided I’d change it. Every few months I go to popeyes as a treat and I notice that I cant possibly eat as much as I used to before. I tried a 2 piece combo meal a month ago and I couldn’t eat it all. The point is, I still eat my favorite things on a calorie deficit, but now I know what will keep me in my deficit and plan ahead when I go for fast food.
