Purity Culture?

For context when I say religious celibacy I mean Christian. This goes for all denominations. If yall have any questions on theology I'd be happy to answer

So in this I compared the two, religious celibacy and Purity Cultures Ideals and what I got was that in purity culture you're a v!rg!n for the sake of being a virgin. That is your purity. In religious celibacy you are celibate to follow Gods law (that is ultimately there to protect your heart and soul). Your purity comes from Jesus washing your sins. Even if you lose it, you can still be pure by trying to follow Gods law and repenting, even if you aren't a v!rg!n. Also applies to both men and women
