ブルー下地の効果って一言でいうと、「黄ぐすみを飛ばして透明感*を足す」こと。特に肌が黄み寄りだったり、寝不足で顔色がどんより見える日に使うと、ベースの時点でパッと明るく見えやすいです。私は首との差が出やすいタイプなので、ファンデで白くするより“下地で補正”した方が自然に仕上がりました。 ただし、塗り方を間違えると顔色が悪く見えたり、青白く浮くことも。私がやってよかったのは「全顔に厚塗りしない」ことです。まずは頬の高い位置〜小鼻横あたり（黄ぐすみが出やすいところ）に少量置いて、外側へ薄く伸ばす。赤みが気になる頬全体に広げすぎると、赤みと青が混ざってグレーっぽく見えることがあるので注意しました。 ツヤ肌にしたいなら、パール入りの水色下地が便利。高輝度パール系は立体感が出て、ハイライトを足さなくても肌がつるんと見えやすいです。逆に毛穴や凹凸が気になる日は、パールなしの方がテカリに見えにくく、写真でも肌が均一に見えやすい印象でした。 「UV下地おすすめ」で選ぶなら、SPF/PAだけでなく、普段の過ごし方で決めるのがラクでした。通勤や買い物中心の日はSPF30前後でも十分なことが多いけど、外にいる時間が長い日はSPF50+ PA+++みたいに高めだと安心感があります。あと私は肌が揺らぎやすいので、紫外線吸収剤不使用のタイプは“日によって使い分け”できて助かりました。 キャンメイクのブルー下地みたいにしっかりトーンアップ*するタイプは、ファンデを明るくしなくても済む反面、塗る量で仕上がりが変わりやすいです。最初は米粒半分くらいから試して、足りなければ足すのがおすすめ。逆にナチュラル派は、伸びがよくムラになりにくいテクスチャー（薄膜で密着するタイプ）だと失敗しにくいです。 他のコントロールカラーとの使い分けも簡単にまとめると、ブルー＝黄ぐすみ、オレンジ＝青クマ・くすみ影、イエロー＝赤みをやわらげる/色ムラを均一に、というイメージ。イエローの使い方は“全顔に薄く”が相性良くて、ブルーは“ポイントで薄く”の方が自然に仕上がりました。 最後に、ベースが崩れやすい日は、下地を塗ったあとすぐに重ねずに30秒〜1分置くと密着が上がった気がします。透明感*は「塗った瞬間」より「夕方のくすみ戻り」で差が出るので、崩れにくさも一緒にチェックしてみてください。※メイクアップ効果
