私も最初「TECAって結局なに？」と思って調べたんですが、ざっくり言うと“ツボクサ（センテラ）由来の整肌成分の組み合わせ”のことを指すことが多いみたいです。SKIN1004のセンテラTECAアンプルは、肌がゆらぎやすい時期に「余計なものを足さずに整えたい」日にすごく頼れました。 30代の混合肌だと、Tゾーンはテカるのに頬は乾く…みたいな日があるんですが、私の場合TECA系は“ベタつきにくいのに落ち着く感じ”が出やすかったです。特に、寝不足・季節の変わり目・マスク蒸れの後みたいな「なんか今日は攻めたくない」タイミングに手が伸びます。 使い方はシンプルでOK。洗顔→化粧水のあとに、スポイトで1回分（私は2〜3滴からスタートしました）を顔全体に薄く伸ばして、乾きやすい頬は重ねづけ。朝に使うなら、その後は軽めの乳液やクリームでフタをすると乾燥しにくいです。夜は、肌の調子がいい日は“TECAアンプル＋保湿”のミニマムケアにすると、重ねすぎによるムズムズが起きにくく感じました。 相性の話も。私がやりやすかったのは、日中は「ミストローション（細かいミストでメイク前にも◎）→TECAアンプル→日焼け止め」で軽く整える使い方。逆に、角質ケアやスクラブ、クレイ洗顔をしっかりやった日は、直後に刺激を足したくないのでTECAを挟むと安心感がありました。 注意点としては、どんな成分でも合う合わないはあるので、初めてなら少量＆部分使いからがおすすめ。私は“ゆらぎそうな日のお守り枠”として置いておくと、スキンケアが組み立てやすくなりました。Qoo10公式で買えることも多いので、気になる人はタイミング見てチェックしてみてください。
