Summerween nails 😛

From Temu!

I got these sometime last year but never got around to putting em on.

Well last night I was watching The Boys w my brother n finally decided to do em.

They came out so freakin cute! I can’t stop showin em off!

One thing I will say is they’re a lil longer than im used to but im adjusting lmao

The designs nicely done, more matte than glossy though!

The lil stickys they came w SUCKED so I just used my nail glue 🙂‍↔️✨

They’re still on strong (knock on wood) only one popped off on me right before bed last night

Overall 8/10 only because I wish they were more glossy n they’re a lil long but they fit my finger shape perfectly so ima change it to 9/10 !!

Would definitely cop again for actual spooky season lol

Happy summerween 👻🤍

... Read moreHappy Summerween, everyone! If you’re anything like me, you love a good excuse to get festive, and Summerween nails are the perfect blend of spooky and sunshine. It’s all about embracing those Halloween vibes a little early, but with a fun, warm-weather twist. Think ghosts chilling on a beach, pumpkins wearing shades, or even cute little spiders weaving webs around colorful summer blooms! When I was looking for my own Summerween nail ideas, I stumbled upon some amazing faux nails from Temu, just like the ones I reviewed. They're such a great way to get a unique look without all the hassle of a salon visit. But beyond press-ons, there are tons of ways to get into the spirit! For those who love to DIY, you could try painting classic Halloween shapes – like tiny bats, crescent moons, or even a 'spooky Kewpie' design, which I absolutely adore – but use bright, summery colors for the base or accents. Imagine neon green ghosts on a pastel pink background, or vibrant orange pumpkins mixed with a sunny yellow. Glitter and chrome accents can add that extra sparkle, making your spooky designs pop in the summer sun! If you're going the press-on route, like my Temu set, here are a few tips I've learned that can really make a difference. First, always make sure your natural nails are clean and dry – a quick wipe with alcohol helps. Secondly, don't rely solely on the adhesive tabs that sometimes come with the nails; a good quality nail glue is your best friend for long-lasting wear. I found this out the hard way! Even if a set feels a 'little tiny for me' in length, a good glue will ensure they stay put comfortably. Another trick is to apply a clear top coat over your press-ons once they're on. This can help seal the design, add extra shine (especially if they're a bit matte like mine were), and protect them from chipping. Summerween nails are all about creativity and having fun. Whether you’re opting for a full-on haunted summer scene or just a subtle nod to the spooky season with a unique color combo, don’t be afraid to experiment! There are so many options out there, from intricate designs to simple, chic looks. So go ahead, embrace the spooky-cute aesthetic, and let your nails be your canvas for some mid-year Halloween magic!
