Holy Air Ball: L&D version
While my birth absolutely did not go the way I had planned, I am so blessed that not only did it go smoothly but I got to bring home a healthy baby boy and take the steps needed to get my gallbladder removed🤍

As a first-time mother, entering the world of labor and delivery can be a rollercoaster of emotions. Many women experience various childbirth methods, including induction with Pitocin, which can change the course of labor significantly. Typically, first-time mothers may go through labor lasting between 12 to 24 hours. However, my journey was different. I had 9.5 hours of labor with only 15 minutes spent pushing, an experience that disproved common expectations. Induced labor, often recommended due to medical reasons or post-term pregnancies, can be unpredictable but offers the benefit of a planned experience. It's crucial to stay informed about your options and maintain communication with medical professionals. If you are considering induction, ask questions about what to expect and the methods used, as every labor experience is unique. Engaging with online communities like #holyairball, #inductionbirth, and #firstbirth can provide insights and support from fellow mothers who share their stories, encouraging you through your own journey. Remember, every mother's experience is different, and staying confident and informed will help you handle whatever comes your way during labor and delivery.

they told me the same thing and I was only in full-blown labor for an hour (8 from start to end) and pushed 3 times in less that 10 mins (threw up, and he shot out 😂)
