I often find him perched in the most unexpected places in our cozy, covered outdoor space. He's such a character, and honestly, that's what makes life with pets so incredibly fun and rewarding. Creating this outdoor sanctuary for Apollo, our larger brown dog, and our sweet cat was a labor of love. I wanted a place where they could feel comfortable and safe, rain or shine, and still enjoy the fresh air. The idea started when I noticed how much they loved being outside, but I worried about sudden showers or harsh sun. That's when I decided to invest in a clear tent cover. It's been a game-changer! Watching Apollo peer out through the rain-covered window still brings a smile to my face. It’s like his own little nature documentary. One of the key elements in making it truly cozy was selecting the right furniture and accessories. Of course, a sturdy pet bed was essential for the bigger dog, offering a soft spot for naps. But Apollo, being Apollo, often prefers the red chair that was originally meant for *me*! You can often find our cat curled up there too, completely oblivious to who it was intended for. Apollo, despite his small size, often tries to be the boss, even with the larger brown dog. And the cat, well, she reigns supreme over both of them, gracefully napping on the red chair without a care in the world. It’s a constant source of entertainment and warmth in my life.
