Concerts I’ve been to this year 🫶

I am a concert enthusiast, and this year I’ve been to my favorites yet!! For me, money comes back so I try to spend on experiences that I can’t.

1. Zach Bryan - Was an out of this world experience! I went with my dad for my birthday while working part time in Florida and I am so thankful he made the trip down.

2. Ernest - Went for a free student concert with some of my new college friends, and had the best time. He played some of my favorites like Flower shop, Long live cowgirls, and I had some help! This was my first pit like concert and I loved it!!

3. Hardy - This concert got postponed to his birthday, and it was an experience. This was an action packed concert and even if you didn’t know many of his songs was still super fun!!

4. Ludacris - Bulldog Bash is the largest free concert in MS and this year it hosted Luda!! For me, this concert was a blast from the past and so much fun. I work with Student Association, so I got to see all the behind the scenes of hosting a concert like this.

5. Taylor Swift - This is my third time seeing her, and it was my favorite time yet. Rep was my first concert ever, so I’m always excited to see her again!! For our surprise song, she played a mix of Our Song and Call It What You Want, and me and my best friend absolutely lost it. It was nuts!!

6. Tyler Childers - Auburn Rodeo is an old family tradition for me, so going to the first Live on the Plains was everything for me!! I’ve been listening to Tyler Childers for 6 years now, so seeing in real life was so sweet. I loved every minute!!

... Read moreAttending concerts is one of the best ways to create lasting memories and enjoy live music. This year, I had the opportunity to experience a variety of concerts that brought immense joy and excitement. From Zach Bryan's incredible performance in Orlando to Taylor Swift's surprise song mix of 'Our Song' and 'Call It What You Want,' each event was a unique journey. Zach Bryan, known for his heartfelt songwriting and emotive performances, truly made my birthday special with a show that left us all mesmerized. Meanwhile, the free student concert featuring Ernest was a fantastic way to bond with new friends and enjoy some hit tracks like 'Flower Shop' and 'Long Live Cowgirls.' If you're a fan of engaging live performances, seeing Hardy was an electrifying experience, especially with a jam-packed setlist. Ludacris at Bulldog Bash was a nostalgic throwback that added to the magic of the year. Watching behind-the-scenes as a part of the Student Association gave me insight into what it takes to host such a big event. Meanwhile, experiencing Tyler Childers at the Auburn Rodeo was more than just a concert; it was a family tradition brought to life, making it extremely special. Attending these concerts has not only been about the music but also about the connections made and the stories shared. I encourage fellow concert-goers to savor the experience and create their own unforgettable memories at live events!
