The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about coffee. Instead of just taking our order, he asked what flavour profiles we liked and recommended a few blends based on our preferences. There’s even a fun setup with capsules filled with different beans for you to smell and choose from!
I went with the Quindio Geisha (Colombia), a light and fruity blend with bright acidity, and a sweet aftertaste that lingers. It was very refreshing and easy to enjoy. They also sell a wide range of beans if you want to bring some home.
If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try! 🤎
