ZERO CAFÉ 哲咖啡 - Taichung Railway Station

Stumbled upon ZERO CAFÉ tucked in a corner of Taichung Station Railway Cultural Park — clean, minimalistic, and full of specialty-coffee charm ☕️✨

The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about coffee. Instead of just taking our order, he asked what flavour profiles we liked and recommended a few blends based on our preferences. There’s even a fun setup with capsules filled with different beans for you to smell and choose from!

I went with the Quindio Geisha (Colombia), a light and fruity blend with bright acidity, and a sweet aftertaste that lingers. It was very refreshing and easy to enjoy. They also sell a wide range of beans if you want to bring some home.

If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try! 🤎

One thing I particularly enjoyed was their interactive bean capsule setup, allowing you to smell and pick coffee profiles that suit your taste. This hands-on approach really deepened my appreciation for different coffee origins and roasts. If you’re interested in brewing great coffee at home, ZERO CAFÉ’s wide selection of beans provides excellent options. Whether you prefer fruity acidity or mellow sweetness, they have something to match your preference. I found their Quindio Geisha from Colombia to have a bright acidity with a smooth, lingering aftertaste that made my mornings more enjoyable. The café’s minimalist and clean design creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing or working. Plus, its location inside Taichung Station Railway Cultural Park makes it a convenient stop while exploring the area. For takeaway lovers, ZERO CAFÉ offers convenient coffee packaging without compromising quality, great for busy days when you need a pick-me-up on the go.
