Learn the lesson so it doesn’t repeat🤍

Your reactions to things are valid. Your emotions are valid. You’re human. It happens. IT’S OKAY. But make sure you are also taking the time to reflect on why you are feeling this way and what’s triggering you. These are lessons that you are here to learn so that you can vibrate higher. If you’re not learning the lessons, you are basically welcoming the start of a brand new cycle of the same things that trigger you over and over again. RECOGNIZE THE LESSONS AND LEARN IT. 🤍✨

... Read moreIn my experience, understanding the source of emotional triggers takes patience and honest self-reflection. When I started to acknowledge that it’s okay to feel triggered but crucial to dive deeper into what causes those feelings, it changed the way I interact with myself and others. One helpful method I use is journaling immediately after an emotional response happens. Writing down what triggered me, how I felt, and what thoughts came up allows me to identify patterns over time. This practice helped me realize that many triggers stem from unresolved past experiences or limiting beliefs. Another key step is practicing self-compassion during these moments. It’s easy to fall into self-criticism, but instead, I remind myself that being human means emotions are natural and valid. This softness creates a safe internal space where learning can occur without judgment. Over time, reflecting on triggers with this compassionate mindset has enabled me to 'vibrate higher' by making conscious changes in my reactions and mindset. For example, when I encounter someone exhibiting narcissistic behavior, rather than feeling overwhelmed or defensive, I now pause to observe my feelings, recognize the lesson, and choose how to respond thoughtfully. Ultimately, the cycle breaks when you not only feel your emotions but also consciously learn the underlying lessons they bring. It’s a continuous spiritual awakening journey that enriches self-awareness and emotional freedom.

Things Confident People Don’t Repeat Twice
One thing I learned the hard way? The more confident you become, the less you feel the need to over-explain yourself to everybody. Not everyone deserves a detailed explanation for your boundaries, decisions, or growth. Protect your peace without writing an essay about it. #selfgrowth #selfcon
