It’s time to start healing❤️‍🩹✨

Its worth paying some attention to what gets you frustrated. More importantly, WHY it’s frustrating you.

You’d be surprised to find that not everyone is bothered by the same things as you are; or at least not at the same levels.

It’s important to investigate your triggers because they actually highlight what’s inside that needs healing. ❤️‍🩹✨🤍

... Read moreReflecting on my own journey with emotional triggers, I found that the process of investigating what truly frustrates me uncovered deeper wounds I hadn’t fully recognized. It wasn’t just the surface irritations but the underlying patterns and memories linked to past trauma that caused my reactions. Taking time to pause and ask myself 'why does this affect me so much?' opened doors to healing. The concept of shadow work really helped me. By consciously facing the parts of myself I had avoided, I slowly began to soften my internal resistance. This was crucial not only in understanding my triggers but nurturing compassion for myself. Inner healing isn’t a quick fix—it’s a continuous journey of self-awareness and patience. I also found that working on nervous system healing through breathwork and mindfulness exercises reduced the intensity of my emotional responses. It’s amazing how calming the nervous system can create space for new perspectives and less reactive behavior. For anyone feeling stuck in frustration, I suggest journaling your triggers and the feelings they evoke. Notice patterns—sometimes our responses may be tied to deeper issues needing attention. Remember that each person’s triggers differ, and just because others aren’t bothered doesn't invalidate what you feel. Through this process, self-awareness grows, helping us to respond rather than react. Healing is within reach if we allow ourselves to examine what lies beneath our frustrations with kindness and curiosity.
