🕯️ What are candlesticks? (Candlesticks) Polly Bear Younger Edition!
Hello friends! When we look at the Forex market, we have to look at the "graph," right? And on the graph there are bars called Candlesticks! Candlesticks are very important because they tell us the story of the price!
1.What is a candle stick?
A candle stick is a way to show the price movement of a silver pair during a given period of time (for example, 1 stick = 1 hour or 1 day). A candle stick will tell us 4 important information in that time frame!
2. Composition of candlestick (4 classified information!)
Each candle has two main parts:
• Body: The thick part of the candle stick represents the opening and closing price ranges that occur during the period.
• Wick / Shadow: This is the thin part or line that extends from the candle texture, representing the highest and lowest prices that occur during that time.
3. Candle sticks come in two colors!
The color of the candle will tell us whether in that time frame the price has gone up or down:
• Bull Bar / Rise (Green or White): This is a pleasure bar! This means that the closing price is higher than the opening price (indicating that there is more buying force)
• The closing price will be on top of the candle meat.
• The opening price will be on the bottom of the candle.
• Bear stick / leg down (red or black): This is a stick of sadness! This means that the closing price is lower than the opening price (indicating that there is more sales force)
• The opening price will be on top of the candle meat.
• The closing price will be below the candle meat.
4. Can also tell the feeling of the market!
The shape of the candle can also indicate the market sentiment:
• Long candle meat: shows that the buying force or selling force is very strong! And the direction is clear.
• Long candle filling: shows that the price has tried to move to the point, but is pushed back quickly. For example, if the candle filling is very long, the market has been very high, but finally the sales force has been pressed down.
