The child knows that he is "too small" for large stoves and pans. That is the limitation, but instead of giving up, he chooses to find an extra "chair" so that his eyes can see what is in the pan. So do people who think and do it. They are not afraid to admit that they still lack anything and are ready to find tools or methods to plug the leak.

Catching willows, controlling fires, and seasoning in a large pan is not easy for a child of this age. It requires trial and error, daring to accept mistakes, ready to catch the heat of a stove, or oil splashing, in exchange for skills that will carry on for the rest of his life.

...The surroundings are excellent teachers. Amid the turmoil of the flea market, the light, and the passersby, everything around them is a large classroom. The child doesn't just learn to cook, but he is absorbing his lifestyle, livelihood, and patience. The person who opens up to learn can harvest the "drip" of wisdom from any situation, whether in a luxury classroom or a street flea market.

ในชีวิตประจำวัน ผมมักจะพบว่าการเรียนรู้ที่แท้จริงไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่แค่ในห้องเรียนหรือการสะสมความรู้ทฤษฎี แต่เกิดขึ้นจากการลงมือทำจริง ๆ และกล้าที่จะเผชิญกับข้อจำกัดของตนเอง เหมือนอย่างเด็กในภาพที่ยืนบนเก้าอี้พลาสติกเพื่อให้สูงพอจะเอื้อมถึงกระทะใบใหญ่ แม้เขาจะตัวเล็กและขาดประสบการณ์ แต่ด้วยความกล้าก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดนั้น ทำให้เขาได้เรียนรู้วิชาชีพและทักษะที่ติดตัวไปตลอดชีวิต การเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพคือการยอมรับว่าตัวเองไม่รู้และเปิดใจรับสิ่งใหม่ ๆ ตลาดนัดซึ่งดูเหมือนจะเป็นเพียงสถานที่ขายของทั่วไป กลับกลายเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ซ่อนไปด้วยบทเรียนชีวิต ทั้งความอดทน การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า รวมถึงการสังเกตและเก็บเกี่ยวความรู้จากสิ่งรอบตัว ที่สำคัญคือการละทิ้งความกลัวความผิดพลาดและการล้มเหลว เพราะทุกครั้งที่ลองทำและแก้ไข คือการเติมเต็มประสบการณ์ชีวิตที่มีค่ามากกว่าความรู้จากตำรา ในฐานะผู้ที่เคยผ่านความรู้จำกัดและการเริ่มต้นใหม่ ผมอยากส่งต่อว่าการเรียนรู้เป็นเรื่องของใจที่พร้อมเปิดรับและลงมือทำจริง แบบเด็กคนนี้ที่ไม่รอให้ความรู้สมบูรณ์แบบก่อนจึงเริ่มต้น เขาเลือกปีนขึ้นเก้าอี้ด้วยความตั้งใจสอนใจเราให้กล้าที่จะก้าวออกจากพื้นที่ปลอดภัย มองเห็นโอกาสในความท้าทาย และเติบโตขึ้นทุกวันจากความไม่รู้สู่ความรู้ที่จับต้องได้ นี่คือบทเรียนล้ำค่าที่หลายคนมองข้าม แต่กลับเป็นหัวใจของความสำเร็จและพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง
