หลายคนเสิร์ชคำว่า “ท่าเทรดทอง” แล้วงงว่าจะเริ่มดูอะไรในกราฟ XAUUSD ก่อนดี ผมขอเติมเป็นเช็กลิสต์ “ท่าเข้า-ท่าออก” ที่ผมใช้คู่กับ 4 เทคนิคเดิม (เลือกเวลา / รอ Rejection / คุมเลเวอเรจ / ถอนกำไร) เพื่อให้เอาไปทำตามได้เลยบนแอป Exness หรือ MT5 1) ท่า “รอให้เข้าพื้นที่ก่อนค่อยยิง” (Zone + Rejection) ผมจะขีดแนวรับ-แนวต้านจากจุดที่ราคากลับตัวแรงล่าสุดก่อน แล้วตั้งใจรอช่วงตลาดลอนดอนหรือ นิวยอร์กเท่านั้น เพราะทองมักวิ่งเป็นรอบชัด พอราคา “แตะโซน” ผมยังไม่เข้าไม้ทันที แต่จะรอแท่งเทียนมีไส้ยาว/ปิดกลับทิศ (Rejection) เช่น ไส้บนยาวแถวแนวต้านแล้วปิดแดง ค่อยกด SELL หรือไส้ล่างยาวแถวแนวรับแล้วปิดเขียวค่อยกด BUY 2) ท่า “ดู Bollinger Bands ให้เป็นจังหวะ” ถ้าคุณเปิดอินดิเคเตอร์ Bollinger Bands (Upper/Middle/Lower) ผมจะใช้แบบง่ายๆ คือ - ราคาแตะ Upper แล้วเริ่มมี Rejection แถวแนวต้าน = มองหาจังหวะย่อ (ไม่ใช่สวนมั่วๆ ต้องมีสัญญาณ) - ราคาแตะ Lower แล้วมี Rejection แถวแนวรับ = มองหาจังหวะเด้ง - ถ้าราคาเกาะเส้น Middle แล้วไหลเป็นเทรนด์ ผมจะไม่พยายามสวน แต่รอให้ย่อแล้วค่อยตามน้ำ 3) ท่า “ใช้ Parabolic SAR เป็นสัญญาณช่วย ไม่ใช่สัญญาณหลัก” ผมมอง Parabolic SAR เป็นตัวช่วยเรื่องโมเมนตัม: ถ้าจุด SAR สลับด้านใกล้โซนสำคัญ และแท่งเทียนเกิด Rejection พอดี โอกาสชนะจะดูสวยขึ้น แต่ถ้า SAR สลับด้านกลางทางโล่งๆ ผมมักไม่รีบเข้า เพราะทองหลอกเก่งมาก 4) ท่าไม้เล็กเพื่อคุมความเสี่ยง (เหมาะกับมือใหม่) ในช่วงฝึก ผมชอบเริ่มที่ 0.01 lot ก่อน คล้ายกฎที่หลายคนใช้ในบัญชีจริง MT5 Standard คือ “ได้ 1–2 USD ก็พอปิด” เพื่อสร้างวินัย ไม่ให้มือหนักเกินไป พอเข้ามือค่อยเพิ่มขนาดไม้ อย่ากระโดดไป Unlimited Leverage ตั้งแต่ยังไม่คุมอารมณ์ 5) ท่าตั้ง SL/TP แบบไม่เดา - Stop Loss: วางหลังจุดที่ “ถ้าหลุดแล้วไอเดียเราพัง” เช่น หลังไส้เทียนหรือหลังแนวรับ-แนวต้านที่ใช้เข้า - Take Profit: ผมชอบตั้ง TP ไว้ที่แนวถัดไป หรือใช้เป้ากำไรเล็กๆ ให้สม่ำเสมอ (บางวันตั้งใจเก็บประมาณ 30 USD/วัน หรือแปลงเป็นเป้า 900 บาท/วันตามสไตล์ที่ตั้งไว้) สำคัญคือได้แล้วพอ ไม่ปล่อยกำไรกลับเป็นขาดทุน 6) ท่าปิดงาน: ถอนกำไรเป็นนิสัย พอวันไหนได้ตามเป้า ผมจะ “หยุดเทรด” และถอนบางส่วนออกมาเก็บทันที จุดนี้ช่วยลดความอยากเอากำไรกลับไปเสี่ยงต่อ และทำให้การเทรดเป็นระบบมากขึ้น สรุป “ท่าเทรดทอง” ที่ผมใช้จริงคือ รอช่วงเวลาที่กราฟมีแรง + รอ Rejection ที่โซน + ใช้ BB/SAR ช่วยคอนเฟิร์ม + ไม้เล็กคุมความเสี่ยง + ตั้ง SL ทุกครั้ง แล้วค่อยๆ เก็บกำไรแบบสม่ำเสมอครับ
