1. Wake up early - you don’t have to be a 5 am girly/guy ; however, you do want to wake up earlier than normal. Waking up early allows you to maximize your day & get more things done. Utilizing more of your time to pour into yourself and ultimately help you to “glow up”
2. Exercise - working out is a life hack. you’re physically getting/looking better while mentally feeling better. Working out really helps to tone the body & the mind. The next time you’re feeling down, mad or any other emotion go to the gym.
3. Increase your income + save - increasing your monthly income will help drastically to make sure you’re paying bills on time, saving/investing, and able to support a “it” girl lifestyle. Whether it’s asking for a raise or getting a second job , find a way to increase your income to reach goals faster.
4. Delete the numbers/apps - be mindful of what you’re consuming. conversations, social media, songs, TV, etc. deleting and decluttering the apps, numbers & people allow you to live a more peaceful life which helps you be more of “that” girl.
5. Journal - releasing your thoughts, feelings & emotions are a great way to rebrand and reinvent yourself. Hoarding your emotions & thoughts in your body/mind can have negative effects if you do not release them in a healthy way. Find a cute journal and release those thoughts that are adding stress to you.
