Time is ....
Time is one of the most valuable resources we have, yet it often slips by unnoticed while we get caught up in the busyness of daily life. The message here resonates deeply: "Don't waste your time on superficial things or the rat race." I’ve found that stepping back to evaluate what truly matters helps me reconnect with the things that bring real joy and fulfillment. For instance, instead of letting fears dictate our actions, choosing love over hate opens up opportunities for deeper connections. Spending quality time with family, pursuing passions, or simply being present with ourselves can transform how we experience each day. Practically, this might mean setting aside moments to reflect without distractions or prioritizing activities that nourish your soul rather than just obligations. Being a seeker, as mentioned, encourages curiosity and growth beyond routine worries. Living with this mindset does not mean abandoning responsibilities but rather integrating awareness about where we invest our time. This balance helps us appreciate "75 years and 75 autumns"—the long arc of life and the importance of savoring moments within it. Ultimately, embracing the present with intention enriches our experience, fosters love and acceptance, and leads to a more meaningful existence.
