In the past port filing, what would be recommended to the next generation

1. Study the criteria in advance. If the criteria of the younger year have not been issued, study the criteria of the previous year because the criteria have not changed much from the original. 2. Should take the exam in all cases. This one, let's emphasize that it should be very good because we can't know if we will definitely be in the first round. Having a backup plan is a good thing. จากที่ยื่นพอร์ตมาหลายที่ ขอสรุป “พอร์ตมหิดล” ในมุมที่เด็กสายเอกภาษาไทย/ศิลปศาสตร์น่าจะเอาไปใช้ได้จริงนะคะ (เผื่อใครกำลังทำพอร์ตแล้วไม่รู้จะเริ่มตรงไหน) 1) เริ่มจากอ่านเกณฑ์ “พอร์ตมหิดล” แบบจับประเด็น สิ่งที่ควรเช็กก่อนทำไฟล์เลยคือ 1) รับสาขา/คณะนี้จริงไหม 2) รับกี่คน 3) ใช้อะไรเป็นองค์ประกอบบ้าง (GPAX/คะแนนสอบ/กิจกรรม/รางวัล/เรียงความ/แฟ้มผลงาน) เพราะบางปีรายละเอียดจะยิบย่อย เช่น รูปแบบไฟล์ ขนาดไฟล์ จำนวนหน้า หรือเอกสารประกอบ ถ้าอ่านไม่ครบ สุดท้ายต้องกลับมาแก้ทั้งเล่มค่ะ 2) โครงพอร์ตที่ทำแล้วอ่านง่าย (แนะนำสำหรับสายภาษาไทย) - หน้าปก + คำนำ/แนะนำตัวสั้นๆ (ให้เห็นเป้าหมายชัดว่าอยากเรียนเอกภาษาไทย คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหิดล) - ประวัติการศึกษา/ทักษะ (เช่น การเขียน การอ่านวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร) - ผลงานด้านภาษาไทยที่ “เล่าเรื่องได้” เช่น งานเขียน บทความ การประกวดพูด/อ่านทำนองเสนาะ แข่งขันทักษะภาษาไทย ทำสื่อการเรียนรู้ หรือกิจกรรมสภานักเรียนที่ต้องใช้การสื่อสาร - กิจกรรม/จิตอาสา (เลือกที่สะท้อนตัวตน ไม่ต้องเยอะ แต่ให้มีผลลัพธ์) - เกียรติบัตร/รางวัล (จัดหมวดหมู่และใส่ปีให้ครบ) ทริคคือทำหัวข้อเป็นคำสั้นๆ ชัดๆ และใส่ “สรุป 2-3 บรรทัด” ใต้แต่ละผลงานว่า เราทำอะไร ทำเพื่อใคร ได้ผลลัพธ์อะไร และเกี่ยวกับเอกภาษาไทยยังไง 3) เลือกผลงานยังไงให้ตรงคณะ/สาขา ถ้าเป็นภาษาไทย อย่ามีแค่เกียรติบัตรแล้วจบ ลองเพิ่มชิ้นงานที่ทำให้กรรมการเห็นกระบวนการคิด เช่น ตัวอย่างงานเขียน 1 หน้า งานสรุป/วิเคราะห์วรรณกรรม โปสเตอร์ความรู้ภาษาไทย หรือโปรเจกต์ที่สื่อสารกับคนอื่นได้จริง แบบนี้พอร์ตจะ “มีเนื้อ” มากขึ้นค่ะ 4) เตรียมสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่ตะกุกตะกัก เราใช้วิธีจด “สคริปต์สั้น” ไว้ 3 เรื่องเสมอ - ทำไมถึงเลือกมหิดล/คณะศิลปศาสตร์ - ทำไมถึงเลือกเอกภาษาไทย (เป้าหมายระยะสั้น-ยาว) - ผลงานที่ภูมิใจที่สุด 1-2 ชิ้น (เล่าแบบ STAR: สถานการณ์-หน้าที่-การลงมือทำ-ผลลัพธ์) และอย่าลืมซ้อมตอบคำถามพื้นฐาน เช่น จุดแข็ง/จุดที่ต้องพัฒนา หนังสือที่ชอบอ่าน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้สนใจภาษาไทยค่ะ 5) เรื่องเล็กๆ ที่ทำให้พอร์ตไม่พัง - อย่าส่งวันสุดท้าย เผื่อเว็บล่ม/อัปโหลดไม่ขึ้น - ตั้งชื่อไฟล์ให้เรียบร้อย (เช่น PORT_ThaiArts_Mahidol_ชื่อ-นามสกุล) - เช็กความชัดของรูป/สแกน และจัดหน้ากระดาษให้หายใจได้ - ตรวจคำผิด โดยเฉพาะพอร์ตสายภาษาไทย ยิ่งต้องเนี๊ยบค่ะ หวังว่าทริคพอร์ตมหิดลชุดนี้จะช่วยให้น้องๆ จัดพอร์ตให้มีทิศทางมากขึ้นนะคะ ถ้าใครกำลังทำปกพอร์ต/จัดเล่มอยู่ ลองเริ่มจาก “คัดผลงานที่เล่าเรื่องได้” ก่อน แล้วค่อยเติมส่วนอื่น จะไม่หลงทางค่ะ
