Promise / Purity Ring Inspo
I titled this Promise / Purity Ring because it is the most used title. A purity ring is a ring worn to symbolize a commitment to remain abstinent until marriage. They are also known as chastity rings, promise rings, or abstinence rings.
But I want to speak to my Christians on “covenant rings” you do not have to be married to have a covenant ring.
A covenant ring symbolizes a promise, commitment, and relationship. It can represent a covenant between two people, between a couple and God, or between God and the faithful.
In this case it is a promise or commitment to God to obey and keep His conditions. It’s also a reminder of God’s promises and His love for us. When man fall short God never does. We can reminded of His love when we feel alone, when we feel unloved the ring is a reminder of who God is to us and who we are to God.
