Most of the time, our “I can’t” isn’t a lack of ability, it’s a quiet “I won’t” dressed up as fear, doubt, or comfort.

We tell ourselves we can’t start, can’t change, can’t try, not because it’s impossible, but because it’s uncomfortable. Because growth requires us to risk failing, be seen, or letting go of who we’ve been.

The biggest obstacle in our lives is rarely the world, the timing, or other people. It’s the stories we repeat to ourselves.

The moment you stop asking “Can I?” and start asking “Why won’t I?”, is the moment things begin to shift.

You’re more capable than your fear allows you to believe. You are the own barrier to your progress, it’s rarely the world nor the “circumstances”

The only permission you’ve been waiting for, is your own.
