'Maybe a bit more blush?' or 'Are you sure that's the right shade of foundation?' You're midway through a complex technique, completely in flow, and suddenly you're getting unsolicited advice from someone who thinks they're an expert because they watch a few YouTube tutorials. It’s all part of the job, and honestly, these moments often turn into the best stories later. I've learned to just smile, nod, and gently redirect. Sometimes, you just have to take a deep breath and remember why you love what you do, even when your canvas decides to become a co-artist! I’ve had friends loaning out my brushes without asking, or trying to 'swatch' my palettes with their fingers. It's like, these are my tools, my livelihood!
