GOOD FRIDAY IS A REMINDER THAT THE CROSS WAS A PAYMENT, NOT A SYMBOL.
GOOD FRIDAY IS A REMINDER THAT THE CROSS WAS A PAYMENT, NOT A SYMBOL.
JESUS DID NOT SHED HIS BLOOD FOR OUR CHILDREN TO STAY BOUND, OPPRESSED, DELAYED, OR TRAPPED UNDER A LABEL.
HE PAID FOR HEALING.
HE PAID FOR DELIVERANCE.
HE PAID FOR PEACE.
HE PAID FOR RESTORATION.
HE PAID FOR FREEDOM.
IT IS FINISHED.
AND WE WILL NOT CALL COMMON WHAT JESUS PAID TO REDEEM.

Reflecting on Good Friday, I have come to appreciate deeply that the cross is not merely a symbol but a powerful payment for true freedom and healing. This day reminds us that Jesus’ sacrifice was intentional and purposeful, aimed at breaking chains that hold people back—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. From personal experience, I have seen how the belief in Jesus’ finished work can bring transformation. For families affected by challenges such as autism, embracing the concept of 'the blood over autism' has brought renewed hope and faith that healing is possible. It’s a reminder that no label or condition should define or limit anyone, especially the children whom Jesus shed His blood for. Good Friday encourages us not to accept delay or oppression but to stand firm in the promises of deliverance and restoration that Christ purchased. It’s powerful to realize that freedom and peace come as a gift, paid in full, inviting us to live without fear and labels. Each Good Friday, this reflection helps me renew my faith and commitment to share these life-changing truths. If you or someone you know is struggling with labels or limitations, consider this a call to embrace the cross as a source of healing and restoration. The sacrifice was 'finished'—completely and thoroughly—so that none of us would remain trapped. This understanding fuels hope and action, guiding daily prayers and steps toward freedom. Remember, true redemption is not abstract symbolism but an available reality, bringing peace and transformation to all who believe.
