WEEK 1 UPDATE 🌸 : 5 DAYS TAKING BERBERINE 💊

I said I’d update you guys weekly so here you go 💕.

First I wanna say while taking the supplements I’ve limited myself to more at home meals and less fast food (I steal ate it just not as much) When I did I stayed away from the greasy stuff (🍔&🍟) and more to whatever had veggies and greenery.

WHAT I’VE NOTICED SO FAR:👇🏽

~ Less bloated 🤰🏽( I feel like I can eat and eat and eat bc I don’t feel bloated but I don’t I stop when im satisfied)

~ Regularly going #2 💩(Im someone who is normally constipated but taking this makes me go more often, like after every meal often)😭

~ Energy🔋( Im not sure if its the berberine or if im just getting the proper sleep but i work 1-10pm shifts at work and im never tired my feet and back hurt yes… but drowsy and constant yawning has left the builing😂)

~ Craving for sweets 🍨( I am a die hard sweets person icecream,brownies,donuts yea the carb princess)lol 😭 but since taking them i havent had that strong craving for it (if ykyk) its more so when i see a cupcake 🧁 or ice cream 🍦 first thought is “ouu that looks good” and not “i want that” and end up buying it.

So yea thats all I’ve noticed within 5 days…I havent gotten on the scale yet i think ill hold off a bit longer.😂

Week two2️⃣ im going to start trying to cook more of my meals at home🏠 & encourperating a little bit of excercise in the morning 🏃🏽‍♀️ *meals and workouts will be shared on here dont worry* so make sure u guys follow along the journey🫶🏽✨
