They see your "Come Up," but they weren’t in the room for the "Stayed Down."

1 Peter 5:6 says: “Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you.”

The world tells you to hustle, scream, and demand a seat at the table. But Kingdom Strategy is different. The "Stayed Down" season isn't about being stuck, it's about being prepared and positioned by God. Your storms were your classrooms for elevation. It’s about letting God’s hand mold you so you don’t crush under the weight of the platform you’re praying for.

The Strategy is in the Submission:

The Posture: Humble yourself. If you don’t stay down by choice, the weight of the assignment will force you down later.

The Timing: "At the proper time." You can’t rush a harvest you didn’t steward in the dirt.

The Protection: Casting all your cares on Him. You can’t carry the vision AND the worry at the same time.

After you’ve suffered a little while, HE is the one who restores, confirms, strengthens, and establishes you. That’s the "Come Up" that no man can take credit for.

God made a way, but He also made a Work in you while you were waiting.

Are you trusting the "Stayed Down" process today, or are you trying to bypass the "Proper Time"?

... Read moreFrom my own experience, embracing the "Stayed Down" season has been transformative. At times, it feels like being stuck or delayed, but reflecting on the scripture from 1 Peter 5:6 and the concept of casting your cares on God helped me redefine that period as essential preparation. Instead of pushing aggressively or rushing to succeed, I learned the value of submitting humbly to God’s process. This shift in mindset made a huge difference when facing setbacks and challenges. I found that these trials became classrooms for growth rather than obstacles. The key was realizing that God was molding me to handle the responsibilities and pressures that come with any significant breakthrough—the 'Come Up.' One practical change I implemented was to consciously release worry and stress through prayer and meditation, understanding that carrying both vision and worry simultaneously is overwhelming. Trusting that God’s timing is perfect safeguarded me from burnout and disappointment when progress seemed slow. This perspective encouraged patience, surrender, and faith in unseen work happening within me, even when external progress wasn't visible. The restoration and strength that followed my period of waiting were undeniably divine and unearned by human effort alone. If you find yourself impatient or doubting during your "Stayed Down" season, remember it’s not a setback but a Kingdom strategy in action. Trusting the process means embracing humility, protecting your vision by casting your cares on Him, and resting in the assurance that at the proper time, God will exalt you. This journey isn’t just about the destination—it's about the work God is doing in you along the way.
