Need help with study motivation?🌸

You can’t seem to focus? You’re surrounded by distractions? You don’t know what to study? This is for my girls in college who needs help focusing on the books and not social media !

Before we get into studying let’s map out a plan what areas do we need to focus on which subjects or topics we suck at and we’re going to attack that first !!

Once you have the plans let’s get to it :

✏️ Quiet Space

✏️ IPad / Laptop chargers (we don’t need anything dying)

✏️ Set a timer and put your devices on DND (no distractions sis )

✏️ grab a few snacks you’re gonna get hungry but we need to focus nothing too heavy you know we girls eat and some how take NAPS or go into hibernation

✏️ take breaks in between to come back let it soak in and get back to it

✏️ drink plenty of WATER stay hydrated boo it’s essential

✏️ use highlighters to color coordinate and help you stay more organized

✏️ FOCUS ! TEST YOURSELF DONT give up you got this !

These are just a few thing you can do but whatever floats your boat and helps you I suggest you follow that but be consistent pick days that’s dedicated to studying and to certain topics so you can get as more done.

You’re gonna do great this upcoming semester! We got this girls ! #studymotivation #lemon8challenge #lemon8contentcreator

... Read moreStudy motivation is key for students, particularly those transitioning to college-level courses. Finding the right techniques to motivate yourself and maintain focus can drastically enhance academic performance. A vital first step is identifying your most challenging subjects and crafting a study plan that targets those areas first. Research shows that breaking study sessions into manageable chunks can improve retention and reduce burnout. Consider using tools like timers to create focused study intervals followed by short breaks—a method known as the Pomodoro Technique. Additionally, eliminating distractions is paramount; find a quiet space where concentration thrives. Engage all senses in the study process by incorporating colored highlighters or markers, making it visually stimulating. Don't forget the role of nutrition and hydration! Eating light, healthy snacks and drinking water keeps your brain energized and focused. Incorporating music or ambient sounds can help some students, creating a background environment that enhances concentration. Rewarding yourself after achieving study milestones can reinforce positive habits. Overall, remember that consistency is key. Dedicating specific days or hours for studying certain topics fosters a regular study habit, ensuring you stay on track. With these tips in mind, you're well on your way to mastering your courses!
