A key method I used was daily affirmations — short, positive statements I repeated each morning, such as "I am capable of achieving my goals" or "I choose thoughts that support my growth." Over time, these affirmations rewired my thinking patterns and diminished my self-doubt. Another important practice was journaling about the moments I felt stuck or tempted to self-sabotage. This helped me uncover hidden fears and old patterns that no longer served me. Writing these down made them less intimidating and easier to confront.
