... Read moreHappy Sunday, besties! As the leaves turn golden and the air gets crisp, we've officially entered that cozy autumn vibe. But with autumn comes a little tradition that always sparks conversation: Daylight Saving Time, or as I like to call it, the 'fall back' clock change! I always find myself wondering, did your clocks magically move backward on their own, or did you have to manually adjust them? My phone and laptop usually handle it, but I always have to remember to change the clock in my car and on the microwave. And let's not forget the classic alarm clock! I saw this super cute image of an alarm clock nestled on a bed of vibrant autumn leaves, with an arrow showing time moving backward from 10 to 9, and it reminded me to double-check everything. The text on it said, 'Did you change your clocks???' and 'Fall back 1 HOUR,' which is such a perfect reminder for what we just went through! For me, the idea of getting an extra hour of sleep is always a treat, even if it messes with my internal clock for a day or two. It's like a tiny bonus gift from the universe right when we need it most, as the days get shorter. But it also means that by 5 PM, it feels like midnight! It's a bit of a mixed bag, isn't it? I'd love to hear how you handle the autumn daylight saving time change. Do you have a routine for checking all your clocks? Do you embrace the extra hour by sleeping in, or do you use it to get a jump start on your Sunday? Sometimes I try to use that extra hour to catch up on a book or just enjoy a quiet morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes up. There's something really peaceful about that early, fall morning light. This time change is a good cue to really lean into all things fall. Maybe it's an extra hour to enjoy a pumpkin spice latte, or to plan a cozy evening in. How are you making the most of the season now that the clocks have fallen back? Let me know in the comments!

I havenโ€™t changed any of my clocks yet. I think the only ones I have to change are my coffee maker, stove and the wall clock. And to be honest, the only one of those that might actually get changed is the coffee maker and thatโ€™s only cause I set it every evening for my husband to have coffee in the morning. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I think I only need to update the clocks on my microwave, stove and in my car because evening else updates automatically. Doesnโ€™t feel like I got an extra hour of sleep.
