The topic of sex was an avoided topic and so was relationships tbh. They were ALOT of no’s associated with both but not ALOT of yes’s - I wish my parents taught me more about what I should do and expect instead of making it scary and basically forcing me to learn on my own. That changes with me and my child though 💯

A topic that was always avoided in my household, was definitely depression or any mental difficulties. We just never talked about it. Especially anything concerning therapy or anything.
