1.Hat Gloves: Must be thick, snow proof, waterproof

2. Face closure, nose, ears: Must be closed, it is really very cold.

3.Shoes Socks: Heattech fur lining, socks wear, at least 2 pairs

4. Foot pads: It must be very warm, otherwise you can't walk on your feet. It hurts a lot (apply cream or oil on your feet).

5.Handwarmer: Indispensable. Put it in your shirt / gloves, otherwise your hands are numb and very sore.

6. Face cream, body, mouth: Do not be absent, because the face is cold, the dry mouth will break and hurt a lot.
