can I be honest?
potty training is HARD! And with a newborn and being postpartum it’s hard for me to even get through most days. There’s always laundry, always dishes, someone’s always hungry. We tried so hard to potty train our little one. We got a new potty seat with a flusher, a sticker book to track it, new panties, and we have her try every 15 minutes. But somehow she either doesn’t have to go until the second she gets off the potty chair, or she fights us, throwing a tantrum about not wanting to try. It’s getting hard to clean up accidents all day long 😮💨
We are so close to giving up and she turns 3 next week! :(
Any suggestions on how you got your stubborn one to potty train, please let me know!! 😩🙏

Ofc she doesn’t want to every 15 minutes is WAY too many times every 30 min to an hour and after meal times also keep her in undies you’re gonna need a bunch of them for the accidents lol. Every time she goes in her pants don’t immediately change her right there take her wet all the way to the potty and then have her take her undies off herself and socks if she wet them and have her sit on the potty and tell her this is where we go potty not on pants now you’re all wet icky. you should have a change of undies ready by the potty already. And stickers are NOT enough of a reward trust me I tried and mine LOVES stickers but not enough we used cookies or ice cream since she doesn’t eat sugar like that so she was rewarded. May take a while ik for me it did to find something reinforcing for her. And every time you put her on the potty even if she doesn’t go maybe something small like m$m and give 1 or 2 and say thanks for trying. Ofc when she actually goes give her the big reward and fast like immediately!
