Are those subtle abs?! 🥹🤪

Was surprised by what i see in the mirror this morning, vs what i’ve been seeing for the past xx years! Never in my life I’d have thought that i would even have ab lines.

Im nowhere near fit and i do know that the ab lines are not here to stay without having a low enough body fat. But discipline and consistency really do reward you somewhere somehow, and there’s definitely a sense of achievement when you see your hard work and sweat turn into results! I’ve been doing 1 min normal plank + 30s side plank per side every night before i sleep for around a month now and i do feel it helps. I’ve also recent started doing dead hang (lasted around 1min - 1min 20s) and hopefully see some progression in time to come!

Still stuck at my plataeu but I’ll definitely continue to work towards strengthening my core and lifting heavier bit by bit. Hopefully i’ll be able the break the plataeu soon!!

Keep pushing forward toward your fitness goals with a balanced routine that combines core strength, cardiovascular exercise, and proper recovery.
