Procedure:

1. Mix 12 grams of sugar with 200 grams of all-purpose flour and stir well. Then add 110 milliliters of cold milk and then the poor clotted dough. Dissolve 2 grams of yeast in 10 milliliters of warm water and put it in the dough. Stir well.

2. Take out a little flour, add matcha powder, and add orange to the rest to add color, knead the dough until smooth, and refrigerate for 25 minutes so that the dough absorbs water. After refrigeration, divide the dough into 7 equal parts (45 grams each).

3. Set the dough at room temperature for 10 minutes, press to dispel the air, and mold it into an orange shape. Use scissors to cut the orange leaves, roll the orange branches into long rows. Use chopsticks to drill a hole in the middle of the dough, and plug the orange branches into it.

4. Place a steam pot with water below at about 40 degrees Celsius. Place the pastry into a thin, secondary white cloth and let it ferment until the size of the pastry is doubled.

5. Boil the water again and steam for 7 minutes and then rest for 3 minutes.
