Topic: Moving Beyond the Traditional Political Trap to a "Semi-Presidential System": Removing Lessons from East Asia

Introduction:
Amid the boredom of the traditional political cycle mired in structure and individuals, many Thai citizens began to question the "regime" that would be effective and truly linked to the will of the people. The presentation of the semi-presidential system is not only a matter of theory, but a "solution" that would allow the head of the administration to be directly elected by the people, along with the parliamentary system that monitors it.

Conclusion:
If we continue to leave hope to conventional politics, we will achieve the same result. "New Democracy" is to design a system in which "supremacy is truly at the tip of the people's pen," with international legal institutions as advisers to ensure the stability and fairness of this new structure.
To be successful, this project must be supported by the Government and by the public sector.
การเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการเมืองเป็นเรื่องใหญ่ที่ต้องการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ผมเองในฐานะผู้ที่สนใจและติดตามการเมืองได้เห็นว่า ระบบกึ่งประธานาธิบดีสามารถเป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างอำนาจฝ่ายบริหารและฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติได้อย่างสมดุล เพราะประมุขฝ่ายบริหารได้รับเลือกตั้งโดยตรงจากประชาชน ทำให้มีความชอบธรรมสูง ในขณะเดียวกันรัฐสภาก็มีบทบาทตรวจสอบอย่างเข้มงวด ช่วยลดปัญหาการใช้อำนาจโดยไม่ถูกตรวจสอบ ตัวอย่างจากเกาหลีใต้ที่มีการเสริมกลไกตรวจสอบและถ่วงดุลที่เข้มแข็ง สามารถขจัดการคอร์รัปชันและความไม่ชอบธรรมทางการเมืองไปได้มาก ทำให้ประชาธิปไตยมีเสถียรภาพและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนญี่ปุ่นเน้นการปรับสมดุลระหว่างวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมและหลักนิติธรรม สร้างระบบที่เคารพกฎหมายและความร่วมมือภายในสังคม หากประเทศไทยจะนำบทเรียนเหล่านี้มาปรับใช้ การออกแบบระบบกึ่งประธานาธิบดีควรสร้างกลไกที่เปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแท้จริง และเสริมความเข้มแข็งให้กับสถาบันทางกฎหมายระดับสากลเพื่อรับประกันความยุติธรรมและความมั่นคงของระบบการปกครองนี้ ผมเชื่อว่าถ้าเกิดความร่วมมือระหว่างรัฐบาล ภาคประชาชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางกฎหมาย เราจะสามารถก้าวข้ามวงจรการเมืองแบบเดิมๆ ที่ทำให้ประชาชนรู้สึกไร้พลัง ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเห็นระบบการเมืองที่เปิดกว้างและตอบสนองเจตจำนงประชาชนจริงๆ เป็นเรื่องที่สร้างความหวังและแรงบันดาลใจอย่างยิ่ง การเดินทางสู่ "ประชาธิปไตยใหม่" จึงไม่ใช่แค่เปลี่ยนโครงสร้าง แต่คือการคืนพลังอำนาจสูงสุดให้กับประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง
