⚔️ Policy Proposal: Reform the Thai Security Department Structure

Security Division Reform is at the heart of redundant decommissioning of structures, adhering to the rule of law and creating a coherence between leaders and practitioners. Through 3 pillars:

1️⃣ Collapse the Supreme Military Command.

* Reduce redundancy: Cut unnecessary budget and command lines; Keep each army up directly to the Department of Defense and the administration.

* Agile: Quick, concise and verifiable security decisions through civilian mechanisms

2️⃣ Transfer of military court cases to civilian courts

* Normality: All cases are directed against the universal "court of law" (Equality before the law).

* Warfare: The Trial Body is composed of judges of the judiciary + 3 officers of the Constitution to maintain civilian court standards along with martial expertise.

3️⃣ 4 leadership elections, security agencies (T.A., T.J., T.J.)

* Selected from 5 senior ranks: Open to military / police civil servants of all grade levels. Vote for leadership from the top 5 senior ranks.

* Break Down the Patronage System: Eliminate Political Lines and Interventions, Create Leaders Recognized by Real Practitioners

Under the direction of the Minister of Defense, with the President in supreme command.
