Week 1 of My 75 Soft Journey 🚦✨

🗓 Start Date: February 24th

🏁 End Date: May 9th

First week down, and I’m already feeling the shift! This challenge isn’t just about losing weight—it’s about self-discipline, balance, and proving to myself that I can be consistent.

Here’s what Week 1 looked like:

🏋🏾‍♀️ Workouts: 30-45 min every day ✅

⌚️ Rings Closed: 7 days 🔥

📖 Reading: Finished 1️⃣ full chapter of my book

🧘🏾‍♀️ Self-Care: naps 💤, leaving work on time

🚰 Water Intake: 40+ oz daily (still working on increasing this) 💦

🥤 No Soda: ✅ (I replaced regular soda with seltzers and poppi)

🍷 Alcohol: only 1 day… it was Mardis Gras! 💜💛💚

🔟 10K Steps: 4/7 days 🚶🏾‍♀️

Biggest Lesson? I suck at consistency, but showing up imperfectly is still progress. I feel better, more in control, and honestly… I’m proud of myself for starting.

Next Week’s Focus:

🔹 Increase water intake

🔹 Hit 10K steps at least 4 days

🔹 More mindful eating

If you’re doing 75 Soft too, how’s it going for you?! Let’s keep each other accountable! 💛 #75Soft #SelfDiscipline #WellnessJourney

... Read moreThe 75 Soft Challenge is all about integrating healthy habits into daily life without the pressure of strict dieting or intense workouts. It encourages participants to engage in at least 30-45 minutes of physical activity each day, whether it's a workout at the gym, a brisk walk, or any form of movement that gets the heart rate up. Additionally, the challenge promotes self-discipline, encouraging individuals to read a few pages of a non-fiction book daily, engage in self-care practices, and increase their water intake to a minimum of 40 ounces. One of the fundamental aspects of this challenge is to eliminate soda and limit alcohol consumption to social settings, making it a great way to reshape habits without feeling deprived. Achieving 10,000 steps several times a week further keeps participants motivated and active. Reflecting on progress each week can be a powerful tool for accountability and maintaining focus on long-term goals. The journey may be imperfect, but showing up consistently, even on tough days, is what truly counts. For anyone participating in the 75 Soft Challenge, setting personal goals and sharing experiences in supportive communities can enhance motivation and provide encouragement to stick with it. Let's embark on this journey together and celebrate our wins, big and small!

I’m doing 75 soft too and ending on that exact date! It is actually going pretty good, this is the second time I’ve done this challenge. I got a habit tracker so seeing the visual of completing my tasks really keeps me motivated. I also tried on some new clothes and they fit better than I expected. You got this ❤️
