Still seeing little to no difference in terms of Weightloss. I know it’s been two weeks but I would like to think the scale would move just a little. I’m definitely feeling just a little pressure to see some sort of progress, any sort really. I’m in a calorie deficit but I refuse to meal prep and cut out things I enjoy eating. It literally makes meal time so daunting, depressing and miserable. I want to enjoy fueling my body. I’m in a 500 to 300 calorie deficit. I’ve also upped my workout from 20 minutes to 35 with stair stepping. Still focusing on cardio because what’s worked for me in the past. I don’t want to quit. I want to continue to show up and continue to work hard but it’s frustrating when you don’t see anything moving on the scale. In other news I went on a date! It was miserable but I’m determined to put myself out there and make an entertaining “dating wrapped” at the end of the year for my friends. I figure that nothing hurts going on like a single date a month. It signals a lot of growth for me as a person. Maybe I’m not ready to move fast or like “win” at dating but I wanna start moving. I think it’s good for me and having no expectations other than “go on A date” is great. :)
