Since we started working and staying in the dorm, we've had problems with all the necessities and money. 😅
Maybe just running out of toothpaste, running out of sanitary napkins, or running out of laundry, you have to go out and buy, and finally not just buy your intended stuff, but your fussy stuff.
So now we use the Czech method every Sunday and buy only the items that are almost out, a lot of budget control. ✨

การอยู่หอพักสำหรับคนทำงานหรือเรียนต่อเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายไม่น้อย โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวันที่ต้องควบคุมให้ดี เพื่อไม่ให้เงินหมดก่อนสิ้นเดือน หนึ่งในปัญหาที่หลายคนมักเจอคือ ของใช้จำเป็นบางอย่างหมดโดยไม่ทันตั้งตัว ส่งผลให้ต้องออกไปซื้อของเฉพาะหน้า ซึ่งอาจเผลอซื้อของอื่นๆ ที่ไม่จำเป็นติดมือกลับมาด้วย ซึ่งยิ่งทำให้ใช้เงินเกินงบที่ตั้งไว้ได้ง่าย จากประสบการณ์จริง พบว่าการมี "เช็กลิสต์" ของใช้ที่สำคัญและต้องคอยตรวจสอบเป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์ เช่น ทุกวันอาทิตย์ จะช่วยให้สามารถวางแผนจัดซื้อได้ตรงกับความต้องการจริงๆ ของใช้ส่วนตัว เช่น ยาสีฟัน แชมพู และผ้าอนามัย รวมถึงของใช้ซักผ้าและของใช้ในห้องที่จำเป็น เช่น น้ำยาซักผ้า น้ำยาล้างจาน และถุงขยะ ทำให้ไม่ต้องซื้อของล่วงหน้าหรือซื้อมากเกินไปจนเงินหมดไว การทำรายการและตั้งกฎง่ายๆ ว่าเมื่อของใช้ใกล้หมดเหลือประมาณ 1/4 ของขวด หรือเหลือชิ้นสุดท้าย ต้องใส่เข้าลิสต์รอซื้อครั้งถัดไป ก็สามารถช่วยทำให้การซื้อของใช้เป็นระบบ มีประสิทธิภาพ และลดโอกาสการซื้อของจุกจิกที่ไม่จำเป็น นอกจากนี้ หากเจอโปรโมชันดีๆ สามารถซื้อตุนเพิ่มได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินปริมาณที่ใช้จริง เพื่อป้องกันการสิ้นเปลือง อีกส่วนที่แนะนำคือการลงบันทึกตรวจเช็กของใช้ในแต่ละสัปดาห์ เพื่อช่วยให้มองเห็นภาพการใช้งานและการซื้อของหลายๆ รอบตลอดเดือน ทั้งนี้ การจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อซื้อของใช้ที่จำเป็นอย่างชาญฉลาด จะช่วยเพิ่มเงินออมและลดความกังวลเรื่องการเงินได้อย่างมาก สุดท้าย อย่าลืมแลกเปลี่ยนไอเดียกับคนที่อยู่หอเหมือนกัน เพราะบางครั้งอาจได้คำแนะนำดีๆ สำหรับของใช้ที่ขาดไม่ได้ หรือเคล็ดลับประหยัดเงินแบบไม่ต้องเหนื่อยช้อปบ่อยๆ ช่วยให้ชีวิตในหอของทุกคนสะดวกและสบายขึ้นอย่างแท้จริง
