I think is safe to say we all need some extra money in our life! Here’s some things that have helped me reach some saving goals.
1. Food delivery services, apps like uber eats (that’s the one I currently use), post mates, door dash, instacart, spark, grub hub and more, make it super easy to start earning some extra money, they are super easy to use, the deliveries are always easy just pick up your food and deliver to door, and with most apps you will be ready to deliver in a couple of days.
2. Sell things you don’t use anymore. There’s many option to sell all kinds of items from shoes to clothes to toys, decor and furniture. Apps like Poshmark and Mercari are great options to sell clothes, shoes and other house small items like makeup, perfumes, accessories and home goods. Another great option for bigger items or in person sale la is Facebook marketplace.
3. Sell baked good, party favors or cakes, this one is not for everyone because of course you will have to know how to bake. I few years ago I use to sell cakes and party favors not anymore because I don’t have a big kitchen anymore. But if you bake take advantage of it there’s always going to be parties, anniversaries and other celebrations and people usually celebrate with food. Also take advantage of popular items like the Dubai chocolate trend.
4. Special occasion arrangements. They are easier to make than you think and there’s so many times a year you could take advantage of selling this products like, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation, Easter, Halloween, Christmas and more if you don’t have experience with it not to worry start looking for ideas in places like Pinterest and start practicing a great place to sell this products is using facebook marketplace and other social media platforms.
5. Open an online shop. My favorites are TikTok shop and Etsy. TikTok shop is super popular right now and it’s easy for people to buy stuff from your shop because you can link products to your videos. Etsy is also popular and very easy to use and open your shop you can start selling the same day, with TikTok it’s going to take a bit more time but not to much either you do have to go through an approval process and it can take some time. One you have an online shop the possibilities are ENDLESS remember this people will literally buy anything! I have sold so many things over the years my first Etsy shop I used to sell theme park temporary tattoos and I made thousands of dollars with something that simple. I have also sold costume cups, candles, soaps, bracelets, keychains, stickers, recently I stared doing blind dates with books, hand made book marks and bookish mystery bags. There’s so many things you can sell online take advantage of any talent you may have if for example you do nails sell nails online or resell nail products like charms, glitters and tools.
