I’ve always struggled with journal systems that felt good in theory but hard to keep up with in real life.

So I stopped trying to force myself into someone else’s structure and built my own.

That was the pattern:

not inconsistency,

not lack of discipline,

just a tool that didn’t fit the way I naturally process.

Now I use a journaling flow that actually feels easy to return to.
