For my Anemic Girlies

I suffer from anemia badly. My cycles have been extra extra heavy since I started at age 11 plus I suffer from Fibroids. My doc wanted to give me a blood transfusion-but I’m rebuking that devil! I’ve started eating more iron rich foods AND incorporating iron supplements. I found this gem at #target and I’ve been taking them a few days now. Hopefully they start working soon!!

I’m also going to incorporate blood organ supplements. Codeage offers a few blood organ supplements -available at GNC or at Codeage.com
