青森市で見つけたお気に入りラーメン店「やまうり」は、その豊富なメニューと質の高さが特に印象的でした。実際に訪れてみて感じたのは、鶏白湯のスープが濃厚でありながら最後まで飲み干せるほど重たくないバランスの良さ。鶏だしの旨味がしっかりと感じられ、スープ自体がクリーミーでなめらか。これは自家製の鶏油“チー”を使っているからこそのコクだと思います。 また、豚骨ベースのつけ麺はコク深く、それぞれの具材とスープが調和。チャーシューはとろとろに煮込まれていて、口の中でほろほろと崩れる食感がたまりません。にんにくが効いたメニューもあり、スタミナをつけたい時にもぴったりです。 私自身、青森市で何度もラーメン店を訪れていますが、「やまうり」はその中でもまたすぐに訪れたくなる お店でした。価格設定も手頃で、例えば鶏白湯パイタンは950円、つけラーも900円台とコストパフォーマンスも良好。塩ラーメンやブラックといったバリエーションもあり、何回訪れても飽きません。 地元の食材を活かしているのか、味の深みは非常に感じられ、青森市グルメとしてもおすすめです。店内はアットホームな雰囲気で居心地も良く、ラーメン初心者から濃厚好きまで幅広く楽しめるのが魅力。 濃厚な鶏白湯スープが好きな方は是非一度足を運んでみてください。私も再訪を楽しみにしています。
